Lashaholic Lashes Policy: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointment. Deposits are applied towards your service total. I require 24-48 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling late cancellations or no-show result in a fee and/or loss of deposit. All clients must book correct service type (full set, refill, extended refill). Refill appointments are strictly for clients with 40-50% of lashes remaining within a 2 week maintenance period. Appointments booked incorrectly at be adjusted at the time of service. A 10- minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes your appointment will be shortened,rescheduled, or canceled. No-shows will be charged and may require full prepayment for future bookings. By booking, you acknowledge that eyelash extensions involve adhesive products and there is a possibility of irritation or allergic reaction, even with no prior history. You agree to proceed at your own risk. By booking, you agree to all policies listed above.
